ACM
ACM is a direct-to-substrate material made from low-density polyethylene, offering an easy-to-fabricate component with an excellent print surface for various printing methods.
It produces premium-quality graphics using a flatbed UV digital printer, featuring an enhanced surface for superior ink adhesion.
ACM panels are weather-resistant, making them a popular choice for both indoor and outdoor signage. Originally designed for hoarding panels, ACM has proven suitable for a range of applications and is commonly used for all types of single-sided signage.
ACM provides a lightweight and cost-effective material that still delivers the rigidity, durability, and strength required for your signage needs. It serves as an ideal low-cost alternative to DIBOND, offering excellent performance with aluminum skins ranging from 0.12mm to 0.3mm.
Sheet sizes are 2440mm (w) x 1220mm (h), and multiple sheets can be printed and placed side by side to expand the image area.
ACM can be finished in various ways, including:
- Cut to shape
- Trimmed to size
- Laminated
- Clear ‘varnish’ (ink)
- Drilled
Fluted Board
A fluted polypropylene material produced in the United Kingdom. Extruded through a corrugated die, this versatile and lightweight material is recyclable and ideal for both interior and exterior signage needs. Its semi-rigid surface supports the creation of premium, high-quality graphics using UV flatbed printing.
Fluted Board is the top choice for short-term signage, favoured by sign makers and screen printers for its easy printability, cost-effectiveness, and availability in various thicknesses and colours. Standard sheet thicknesses include 4mm, 6mm, and 10mm, with sheet sizes measuring 2440mm (w) x 1220mm (h). Multiple sheets can be arranged side by side to expand the image area.
Fluted Board can be finished in several ways, including:
- Trimmed to size
- Cut to shape
- Scored and folded
Foam Board
Features a high-quality, rigid, low-density polyurethane core between two white recycled paper liners, making it an ideal lightweight, indoor, all-around foamboard.
This unique polyurethane economy foamboard is available in various sizes and thicknesses, ensuring minimal bowing and high stability. The foam core resists crumbling during processing, and the high-quality recyclable paper liners enhance its durability.
Easy to trim and cut, the PVC foam board provides exceptional flatness, making it perfect for UV digital flatbed printing. This versatile material is also ideal for effortless mounting and punching.
Standard sheet thicknesses are 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm, with sheet sizes of 2440mm (w) x 1220mm (h). Multiple sheets can be placed side by side to expand the image area.
